Pup Perks Rewards Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Earning Points

Customers must provide their registered phone number or other approved account identifier at checkout to earn points. Points are earned on eligible purchases only, excluding sales tax, gift card purchases, and other excluded transactions. Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards; eligible purchases made using gift cards may earn points. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

2. Redeeming Rewards

Rewards must be redeemed at Prairie Pup Bakery & Boutique according to the available reward options and redemption requirements. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or purchases of excluded items. Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise stated in a promotion. Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless expressly permitted. Rewards must be available in the customer's account at the time of redemption.

3. Returns & Refunds

Points earned on returned or refunded purchases may be deducted from the customer's account.

If a purchase made using a reward is returned or refunded, the reward will not automatically be reinstated unless required by applicable law or approved by Prairie Pup Bakery & Boutique.

4. Special Offers & Promotions

Bonus points, special rewards, and promotional offers may have additional terms, expiration dates, or exclusions.

Some products, services, custom orders, or discounted items may be excluded from specific promotions. Any exclusions will be communicated with the offer.

5. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and protecting access to their loyalty account.

Points and rewards associated with an account may not be combined with another customer's account unless approved by Prairie Pup Bakery & Boutique.

6. Program Changes

Prairie Pup Bakery & Boutique reserves the right to modify program rules, earning rates, reward options, or promotional offers.

We will communicate material changes as appropriate. Any changes, suspension, or termination of the program will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including any requirements concerning existing points or rewards.

7. Program Abuse

Fraudulent activity, misuse of rewards, or attempts to manipulate the program may result in account restrictions or cancellation, subject to applicable law.
